Refunds
When we receive your return we will email you and let you know whether you have been approved or denied your refund request. If you have been approved the amount being returned will be included within the email and will go directly into the bank account that was used to purchase the item(s) within 5 working days. If your refund request was denied then we will email you with information about what to do next.
Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges unless the product was damaged during delivery. If this happens we will require you order number and photos of the damaged product within 2 days of it being delivered.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse: Campus, St John’s, Worcester, WR2 6AJ.
Shipping fees are free if you live in the UK, however if you live in the EU or USA shipping costs will be deducted from the amount returning to you.
If gel products have been opened and used we will not be able to refund you. If you return opened and used gels we will not send them back to you unless you pay postage/shipping fee again, if this happens you will have to email us with this request.
